Thrive! Infuse Assets into Your Organization”
Search Institute trainer,
Shelby Andress walked 89 participants representing 28 youth serving organizations,
collaboratives, and congregations through a process to identify their organizations
strengths, challenges, and opportunities to become more developmentally attentive.
Teams left with strength based action plans and great ideas to become stronger
for the youth they serve. Organizations that attended can receive electronic copies
of all handouts and powerpoint by request. Contact Jody.Christerson@ky.gov.
